Your US Privacy Rights

This notice applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and we extend the same rights to all US residents.

1. Categories of personal information we collect

• Identifiers (email, username, device ID, IP address).
• Profile information you choose to share (bio, city, disciplines, photo).
• User-generated content (posts, comments, messages, training log).
• Technical and usage data (app version, OS, interactions, crash diagnostics).

2. We do not sell or share your personal information

DrillR does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the prior 12 months and we will not do so without providing notice and a right to opt out.

3. Your rights

• Right to know. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and the purposes for which we process it.
• Right to delete. Request deletion of your personal information, subject to limited legal exceptions.
• Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Not applicable — we do not sell or share personal information. If this ever changes, we will surface a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right under CPRA.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny service, change prices, or degrade quality because you exercised any of these rights.

4. How to exercise your rights

Email drillr.contact@gmail.com with the subject line "US Privacy Request". Include the email address tied to your account so we can verify you. We respond within 45 days.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written proof of authorization. We may require you to verify your identity directly before fulfilling the request.
